We created convenient conditions for order payment on the site for our customers.

1. Payment through PrivatBank for individuals

   • 100% payment directly to a bank account.
     
   • The card data will be provided by the manager after placing the order.
   • Convenient methods of replenishment: Privat 24, bank transfer through the cash desk of any bank.

2. Payment after delivery

   • Payment is made directly upon receipt of the goods delivered by courier or received at the post office.
     
   • The cost of the Nova Poshta courier service is 20 UAH + 2% of the amount of goods.

3. Cashless payment for legal entities

   • When paying from a legal entity, complete details of the enterprise (constituent documents) are required.
     
   • * Without these details, shipment of goods is impossible.

4. Online calculation using Privat24

   • This payment method is valid for the account holder and the client who has connected the Privat24 online banking system
     
   • *  This payment method is currently in test mode.

Delivery in Kiev - 100 UAH.

We try to simplify the process of receiving ordered goods by the client, therefore we have developed a convenient delivery system.

1. Сourier services

   • Nova Poshta
   • Eurocom delivery (when ordering from 1t of weight)
   • Pick-up at: Ponomaryova Str.7, Kotsiubynske, Irpin City, Kyiv district, Ukraine 08298.

2. Time of dispatch of goods

   • If the order is confirmed by the manager before 12 a.m and the goods are in stock, then it will be shipped on the same day and can be delivered the next working day (depending on the capabilities of the courier service)
   • If the order is confirmed by the manager after 12 a.m, the goods will be sent the next day.
   • If an item is out of stock, we will deliver it within 2-4 business days. Providing a quality product in a short time is one of the main tasks of our company.

3. Delivery period

   • Courier services – 1-2 days. In most cases, orders sent before 12 a.m can be received the next day in your city.
   • Delivery by truck – 1-2 days. Depending on the location of the recipient.
   • Pick-up is possible on the same day.
