You can exchange or return goods at Eurocom Components within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers' Rights”.

Terms of exchange or return of goods:

• product was not used;
• the product is in resalable condition and its components too: there are no scratches, mechanical damages, abrasions, goods in a disposable package – they have not been opened;
• be accompanied by the invoice;
• keep safe factory seals and protective films on the product.

To confirm the defective products, please send us a video review or product photo. In the positive case, the buyer will be refunded the full price, including the cost of return shipping.

If the client did not take the order from the post office or refused at his own request, then the exchange or return of the goods is made at the expense of the client.
