How to place an order?
You can order the product in the following ways:
• place an order through the online store;
• send a request to e-mail info@eurocom-c.com;
• call our manager and make an order.

How to place an order on the site?
1. Select the desired product using the catalog or search.
2. In the rubricator of goods or in the card, click “add to cart” and enter the quantity.
3. In the basket shopping cart you will see a list of selected goods for purchase. You can edit the selected item, or continue shopping. In the column "Comments" you can write additional requirements for the order or the position product you need, which is not available.
4. To confirm the order, click on the “Checkout” button.

How to place an order by phone?
Our specialists work from 9.00 to 18.00, from Monday to Friday. You can call and our manager will help you to place an order for necessary goods.

How to register on the site?
In order to register on the site, you need to click the “My Account” in the upper right corner of the site.

Can I return the goods?
Exchange or return of goods within 14 days after purchase (Law “On Protection of Consumers' Rights”).
To make this possible, please make sure that:
• the product is complete and the integrity of the package is not broken;
• all labels are in place and have factory markings.

How to deliver in Kyiv?
Free delivery within Kyiv with an order amount of 3000 UAH or more.
Order less than 3000 UAH – the customer pays according to the tariffs of the courier service.

How to deliver in Ukraine?
We work with courier services: Nova Poshta, Night Express and Autolux.
Delivery and terms according to the rules of the carrier. Shipment of goods is carried out after full payment of the invoice. Confirmed order will be shipped on the same working day.

Is it possible to pick up the goods?
You can pick up the goods yourself after the manager confirms that the order is ready.

Is it possible to order goods with delivery to another country?
Yes, we deliver abroad. The price of international transportation is calculated individually for each client.

How can I pay for the order?
Payment at the bank (pro-forma invoice, invoice)

What documents are required for invoicing?
Non-cash payment for an individual
Required list of documents:
• copy of passport 1,2 pages;
• individual taxpayer number;
• registration address;
• phone number.
Non-cash payment for a legal entity
Required list of documents:
• certificate of VAT payer (if available);
• certificate of the payer of the single tax (if any);
• certificate of registration of the enterprise (individual entrepreneur);
• phone number.
The invoice is sent to your e-mail with payment details. The invoice expires in 3 days.

Documents for receiving goods by bank transfer
• For an individual – a passport.
• For a legal entity – a power of attorney issued to the bearer and a copy of the VAT payer certificate (if available). Without a power of attorney, the director can receive the goods with a certified by seal delivery note.

What guarantees that after payment I receive the goods?
To confirm our cooperation with you, you have: an invoice issued by us and a payment document (provided by the bank). When transferring money, we still have a debt obligation to you. It is redeemed only by signing the delivery note, which the courier will bring to you.

If there is no product in stock, can I order it?
You can send your email address and we will send you a notification as soon as the product becomes available.
